I’ve been in practice about 8 years after completing an additional year of ocular disease residency training and am also certified as an optometric glaucoma specialist in Texas. I’m very friendly and my goal is to get patients seeing the best they possibly can."
Dr. Amy Dang grew up in Oklahoma and completed her Bachelor’s of Science degree at the University of Oklahoma in 2010 and was a member of the OU Honors College and OU Scholar’s Program. She went on to receive her optometry degree in 2014 from Northeastern State University Oklahoma College of Optometry and was a member of Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric Honor Society.
Dr. Dang subsequently completed an additional one-year residency in Ocular Disease & Refractive and Ocular Surgery at Triad Eye Institute in Tulsa, OK, focusing on cataract/corneal surgery, pre- and post-operative care, acute care, ocular disease management including anterior and posterior segment care such as glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, dry eye, and cataracts.
In addition, she is certified as a Therapeutic Optometrist and Optometric Glaucoma Specialist in Texas. She enjoys educating patients about their eyes with the goal of providing the best care she can for each patient.
In her free time, she likes spending time with her husband and friends, pets, traveling, reading, fitness, gardening, and painting.
